NAPPY VALLEY

A nappy dumped in the river.. has since been swept downstream. The river has a lot more brown algae all over the rocks. It doesn't look safe for swimming, I haven't seen any ladybugs this season yet in the spots where they usually are, I have noticed there are no eels near where there used to be many many of them which would come very close to the edge of river. It is on either side of hte bridge at Wainuiomata Village *near rotary park) .. also I have reported to HCC that Willows by side of river have red spots all over them I think it's a type of sawfly.
